absolutely! So, the developer would keep the property of their game,  designs, story, and characters. fantastic.
Legalese is always an issue, and i have 3 questions:

-If KADOKAWA wanted to expand the IP to other media formats, comics, movies and whatnot, as expressed in the first paragraph, would KADOKAWA still require the developers consent and approval? If not, is it stated that the dev is giving full subsidiary rights?
-Do <industry standards> have other caveats, like a right to retain a sequel, a request for more work or projects, or perpetual exclusive publishing rights of all material?

-In the case of other media made by the developer, for example, a comic or a remix tape of the game music to be distributed freely trough social media,  would that clash with the exclusive publishing contract?

Thank you for your answers!
